We are looking for several telephone operators (m/f/d) for the DSL fault hotline in full-time and part-time positions in The Hills, NJ.

With over 30 million customers, our client is the market leader and offers a wide range of options in the areas of landline, mobile, and DSL.

You will be responsible for assisting both end consumers and business customers.

With your friendly demeanor, you will represent the company.


Your responsibilities:


  • Recording and following up on fault reports
  • Scheduling technician appointments, if necessary forwarding to the relevant department
  • Entering and updating customer data

What you should bring:

  • Technical education is an advantage
  • Excellent language skills in both German and Turkish
  • High level of service orientation and consulting competence
  • Confident and friendly manner in customer contact
  • Independent way of working
  • Flexibility with working hours
