Starting in spring 2024, we are looking for an enthusiastic team member for our department of funding management for research and development projects in Sandusky, IA.

Responsibilities:

Budgeting, accounting, and commercial documentation for our clients and their funding projects from various funding programs, such as research allowance, ZIM, and SMEinnovative
Transfer of funding projects from our innovation department to administration
Conducting plausibility checks
For the application of the tax research allowance, you will request the costs incurred during the fiscal year from our clients and prepare the application for the research allowance with the responsible tax office
Examination of companies for their eligibility for funding in R&D projects
Preparation of commercial interim reports and proof of use in close coordination with our clients, as well as regular preparation of fund withdrawals and coordination of employee changes
Close communication with project sponsors, funding providers, tax consultants, and tax offices
