Microcoat Biotechnology GmbH is a growing and forward-thinking biotech company located in Bernried am Starnberger See. Currently, we employ approximately 220 employees. Our diverse range of activities includes the development and production of diagnostic products as well as bioanalytical service measurements.

After your training period, you will take on the following tasks:
Establishment, further development, monitoring and optimization of inventory management, including the development of problem solutions and ensuring implementation
Goods receipt, incoming goods inspection and storage, as well as goods issue including loading of trucks
Analysis and implementation of cost reduction potentials as well as inventory optimization and utilization of synergies
You keep an eye on production supply and ensure compliance with and further development of process specifications
With your professional competence, you are an important contact person for colleagues from other departments
Assuming team leadership


Your profile:

Degree in supply chain management or similar or completed training as a specialist for warehouse logistics (m/f/d)
Ideally, already professional experience as a supply chain manager (m/f/d), warehouse manager (m/f/d) or logistics manager (m/f/d)
Convincing personality with an analytical and strategic mindset, as well as an innovative approach and proactive in bringing new ideas
High quality awareness and pronounced conceptual skills
Entrepreneurial thinking professional with clear communication skills
