Description
Your role:
- Serve as the primary liaison between teams and clients
- Coordinate and communicate within the team and with clients
- Responsible for balancing scope, objectives, and timelines to prioritize the backlog
- Develop a roadmap outlining your vision, priorities, and direction, and evaluate progress through each iteration
- Participate in sprint reviews and ensure successful completion of increments, or suggest alternative strategies
- Contribute to product design
- Define and review product features based on client needs
- Actively participate in backlog refinement and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success
What we need:
- Experience with SAFe Agile methodology
- Ability to manage and prioritize backlog effectively
- Openness to feedback and willingness to adapt product backlog
- Experience supporting scrum/product development teams in achieving sprint objectives
- Experience in continuously improving and refining the product before release
- Ability to identify areas for improvement
German (C1+), Product Owner (SW & Cloud), SAFe Agile, Verification (Automotive)
