For our client, a globally operating logistics service provider located in the Hafencity, we are looking for a Controller (m/f/d) in a permanent position.

Your responsibilities:

  • Primary deployment for infrastructure projects in the energy sector with public and private stakeholders
  • Budget and budget control collaboration with budget managers to adhere to their budgets while ensuring timely project completion
  • Support of budget managers in the planning process, as well as in the quarterly closing process and liquidity planning
  • Conducting monthly reporting and adhoc reports, also for external, public stakeholders
  • Supplier and risk monitoring
  • Support in invoice processing (partially), as well as contract management
  • Preparation of presentations and decision templates for management

Your qualifications:

  • Completed degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or a comparable qualification
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Experience with cash flow planning
  • Proactivity and responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Handson mentality
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially MS Excel)
  • Good English skills
  • Strong team and communication skills, as well as a confident demeanor
