    Description
    Our client located in Nashville, TN is seeking a Sales Associate to join their team.

    The Sales Associate is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a fully onsite schedule.

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist in completing daily customer sales; including, but not limited to - phone orders, email orders, walk in customers.
    • Responsible for assisting with keeping the office clean, organized and up to date (restocking price sheets, keeping phones & computers updated, etc.)
    • Purchase office supplies as needed
    • Assist with social media marking & promotional events as needed
    • Responsible for returning missed phone calls and emails
    • Learn and continue to improve systems in place
    • Assist with opening/closing the store Monday-Saturday (before and after store hours)
    • Responsible for learning and continuing to learn inventory products and their uses
    • Master mindreading of what the customer really wants
    • Assist with completing day to day estimates for homeowners & contractors
    • Responsible for learning paver products and other special-order items
    • Ability to use QuickBooks for invoicing, willing to learn but prior knowledge would be greatly appreciated
    Qualifications:
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
    • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
    • Strong skills in QuickBooks
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (oral and written)
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Must have a friendly and positive attitude
    • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
    • Detail oriented
    • Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs
