    Job Title: Sales Associate

    Company Overview: Established in 2010, Bang Candy is a Nashville-based confectionery that crafts whimsical and delicious treats using only the finest ingredients and fantastical notions. Our mission is to expand while upholding our core values and commitment to quality.

    Job Summary and Mission: As a Sales Associate at Bang Candy, you will guide Guests through our magical confectionary journey and share the story behind our brand, all while embodying the Bang Candy Guiding Principles.

    Summary of Key Responsibilities:

    • Support store sales growth by achieving personal and team sales targets, upselling, and providing exceptional Guest service.
    • Ensure a positive and personalized Guest experience by delivering quality beverages and maintaining cleanliness.
    • Adhere to operational policies, handle cash transactions, and prioritize safety and security.
    • Maintain inventory, handle supply needs, and assist in visual merchandising.
    • Uphold cleanliness standards, follow cleaning schedules, and contribute to store organization.

    Summary of Experience: No prior experience necessary.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and punctuality.
    • Ability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
    • Engage with Guests, adhere to policies, and follow dress code guidelines.
    • Prepare beverages, handle sales techniques, and multitask effectively.
    • Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Proven sales abilities in a retail setting.
    • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
    • Effective communication under pressure and willingness to receive feedback.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and ability to build relationships.
    • Quick learner who contributes to a positive work environment.
