    TTaxcloud is on a mission to become the leading compliance software for small and midsize businesses and were looking for an amazing Head of GTM to join our Leadership team As the Head of GTM, youll report directly to the CEO, own the GTM strategy and operationalize it across Sales and Marketing to accelerate our growthIn this role you will:Lead the Marketing and Sales teams (5+ people)

    Align Marketing demand gen to the Sales orgeManage sales and marketing Revenue operationsForecast and hit revenue targetsStrongly represent new business revenue across the organizationBuild marketing campaigns and sales plays to ensure pipeline and closing metricsWork with product for PLG/SS alignment to sales and marketingBuild marketing campaigns and sales plays to ensure pipeline and closing metricsFind and test revenue leversScale a culture of velocity and winningStrongly prioritize and say no to non-productive tacticsYour background includes:
    Proven experience in a director-level marketing role with a demand generation focusUnderstanding and willingness to get your hands dirty in the data and systems, specifically Hubspot, Wordpress, and dataExperience connecting marketing with SDR/BDR functionsSignificant early-stage growth in a SMB SaaS environmentBuilding trust and credibility with both Sales and Marketing teamsExperience leading a self-serve/sales-assist strategyStrong understanding of and/or aspirations to own the broader Sales functionA desire to win, accelerate, and learn from mistakesReasons you should join our team:100% remote work environmentWe value trust and have an asynchronous cultureWe are backed by investors that have experienced tremendous success in the SaaS space (Dropbox, Solarwinds, Datadog, and more)We're a small team; you will undoubtedly make an impact, learn a lot, and grow#J-18808-Ljbffr
