    Role Description

    This is a full-time role located in the Austin, TX with flexibility for remote work. The Director, Head of Marketing role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new strategic methods for marketing and branding to further drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation. Specifically, we are seeking a candidate that has deep expertise as a growth marketer, fluent in funnels, unit economics, (CAC:LTV ratios), and high-tempo marketing experimentation. Furthermore, this candidate should excel in developing relationships with internal stakeholders such as sales, product management, and partnership teams to develop ongoing updates both internally and externally to the market.

    Qualifications& Requirements:

    • Strong work ethic, with an entrepreneurial mindset and drive
    • 10+ years of experience in Marketing, branding & content, demand generation, and collateral development
    • 7+ years of experience in leadership managing teams
    • Extensive experiences in lead/demand generation and the mechanics of value propositions and client segmentation
    • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a focus on B2B services
    • Experience in the software, SaaS or technology field is required
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong leadership and team management skills coupled with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
    • Understanding of the latest trends and technologies in the sales and business development industries
    • Strategic mindset and a track record of implementing successful marketing strategies to drive business growth
    • Must be a "doer" who is willing to roll up their sleeves to produce in key areas, along with the ability to find talent, freelancers, and vendors to perform critical job functions, all while mentoring and building out the team around them to foster continued growth projections

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to drive business growth inclusive of corporate branding, social, web, lead-generation, and product related initiatives
    • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand upon the existing client base
    • Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver effective campaigns with direct responsibility for hiring to build out the marketing team function
    • Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output
    • Organize department meetings, conduct personnel reviews, and attend managerial meetings
    • Participate in organization-wide strategy planning and expand our thinking around the role of marketing in achieving growth
    • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support their efforts and ensure alignment with marketing initiatives
    • Analyze and report on marketing efforts to measure success and make data-driven decisions
