    Our new Head of Marketing will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for defining and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage prospects, and drive customer acquisition.

    This role demands a strategic leader who is both creative and analytically minded, with a proven track record in scaling top-of-funnel activities such as SEO, website management, paid ads, affiliate marketing, content creation, and email marketing.


    Key responsibilities:

    Strategic Development:

    Define and lead the strategic direction for all top-of-funnel marketing activities to maximize brand exposure and lead generation across various channels, including digital and traditional marketing platforms.


    Channel Optimization:

    Analyze and optimize performance across multiple channels such as SEO, PPC, affiliates, content marketing, and email campaigns to ensure they meet the business objectives and ROI targets.


    Team Leadership and Development:
    Build, mentor, and lead a marketing team capable of carrying out necessary marketing strategies. Provide career development and maintain a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

    Budget Management:
    Oversee the marketing budget; plan and allocate resources efficiently to maximize the impact of every dollar spent. Ensure cost-effective campaign management and track spending against the ROI and key performance metrics.

    Data-Driven Insights:
    Leverage data to make informed decisions about market opportunities, campaign adjustments, and strategic pivots. Implement advanced analytics for regular reporting on campaign performance and insights.

    Market Trends Analysis:

    Stay abreast of the latest market trends, competitor activities, and potential for new products and markets to keep the company at the forefront of its industry.


    Stakeholder Communication:
    Serve as the key marketing leader in executive meetings, providing updates, insights, and strategic advice. Maintain open lines of communication between marketing and other departments to ensure alignment with broader company goals.

    Customer Insights:

    Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to gather insights on customer experiences and expectations, using this data to tailor marketing strategies that enhance customer acquisition.

    Experience & Qualifications

    At least 10+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role overseeing significant marketing operations, preferably in a related industry


    Experience in the SaaS industry is essential, with a strong preference for candidates who have successfully scaled SaaS products in competitive markets.


    Proficient in using key digital marketing tools and platforms for SEO, PPC, content management, email marketing, and social media analytics.

    Demonstrated ability to merge creative marketing strategies with data-driven analysis, aligning with the company's financial and strategic goals.


    Ability to innovate and adapt marketing strategies in a dynamic market environment to stay ahead of industry trends and the competition.


    Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex marketing strategies to diverse audiences, from team members to C-level executives and board members.


    Track record of achieving significant marketing outcomes directly linked to business growth, demonstrating the ability to execute high-impact marketing strategies.
