Requirements:

Availability to work 100 % at the Client's site in Golden, CO (required);.
Business Analyst experience (3+ years required; 5+ years preferred);.
Experience working in education (3+ years);.
Experience leading education-focused research and assessment (3+ years required; 5+ years preferred);.
Experience in Survey Design & Product Development;.
Experience in technical writing;.
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred:

Public school system experience (5+ years);.

Professional certification in education (ex:
teaching license);.

Professional certification in Business Analysis or CAPM accreditation;.
Master's Degree (or equivalent) in education, social sciences, or a related field

Responsibilities

include but are not limited to the following:

Document requirements, business process and data flows through multiple IT systems;.
Support the migration of a legacy data warehouse into an enterprise data warehouse;.
Work initially with stakeholders from multiple departments to document current-state business process that are used to produce key reports and map the associated data flows;.
Be responsible to 1) proactively identify project risks, 2) resolve those risks within your span of control, and 3) clearly escalate project risks outside your span of control in a timely manner.
