    Your Role

    The Director of the Talent Solutions team will play a pivotal role in leading and directing our recruitment efforts across all levels of the organization, from executive to entry-level positions. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Talent Solutions team, implementing process improvements, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, you will be instrumental in supporting pre-boarding and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.

    Primary Functions of the Director, Talent Solutions Include:
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the recruiting team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Assign and prioritize tasks to team members, fostering collaboration and accountability. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentorship to team members to support their professional development.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across all levels and functions within the organization, leveraging innovative sourcing techniques and industry best practices.Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for executive, senior leadership, and other roles as required, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to meet those needs.
    • Continuously evaluate and streamline recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
    • Lead efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the recruitment process and throughout the organization. This could involve implementing diversity sourcing strategies, training recruiters and hiring managers on unconscious bias mitigation, and tracking DEI metrics to measure progress. Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to optimize the recruitment lifecycle.
    • Educate, train, and equip hiring managers with the tools and resources necessary to effectively participate in the recruitment process.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
    • Develop and maintain clear key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team aligned with organizational objectives. Regularly monitor team performance against these KPIs, providing feedback, guidance, and support as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting recruitment metrics, trends, and insights.
    • Collaborate with People and Culture team and other stakeholders to support pre-boarding and onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition into the organization.
    • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
    How You Qualify

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
    • 8+ years of experience in recruitment or a related HR function
    • 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role preferred
    • Experience leading and developing a clinical talent acquisition strategy.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, trends, and techniques
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment-related software
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making
