    Talent Acquisition Associate (Bilingual French Canadian)

    Description

    We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team specializing in Administrative Support for Talent Acquisition.

    The TA Associate/Associate Recruiter will partner and collaborate with hiring managers, interview teams, recruiters, human resources, shared services and other key stakeholders to provide support services across talent acquisition and onboarding processes.

    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

    • Schedule candidate interviews by coordinating schedules with hiring managers, making travel arrangements, preparing candidate information packets, creating interview agendas, etc.
    • Manage and submit expenses for payment as it relates to the interview process and candidate travel, etc. for external candidates.
    • Create and format job descriptions in accordance with Cummins employment brand.
    • Accountable for managing life cycle of requisition through applicant tracking system (ATS) including documentation for auditing purposes.
    • Lead and support the offer management process, initiate and complete background and reference checks which may include supporting electronic consents, and communicate results to the appropriate parties.
    • Participates in continuous improvement activities for talent acquisition processes; documents processes and improvements; contributes to communication and change management efforts for improvement activities.
    • Adheres to recruiting processes, policies, tools and recruitment teams in compliance with relevant legislative and governmental regulations and in adherence with the company's policies and procedures.
    • Collaborates with immigration team to ensure compliance with all immigration regulations.

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role you will need the following:

    • Excellent communication (e.g. verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, have excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Stakeholders are served with a high level of skill and attention to detail.
    • Ability to build, consult, and manage stakeholder relationships to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
    • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to navigate multiple talent acquisition tools and systems.
    • Proven experience working within the talent acquisition function preferred.
    • Experience with bargain agreements, labor relations and unions preferred.

    Education/Experience:

    • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
    • Must be fluent in French Canadian.

    Compensation and Benefits

    (Hourly Position) Comp Range: $54,240 - $81,360

    Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
