- Oversee Office Operations
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office
- Point of contact for vendors, service providers, and property management
- Responsible for the management of all maintenance, equipment, and service requirements impacting the office environment
- Responsible for properly assigning administrative support coverage
- Ensure the top performance of administrative associates by providing adequate guidance; planning, supervising, and assessing associates' job performance utilizing TYC
- Management of local office A/P invoices, A/R checks, budgeting, and petty cash
- Foster an inclusive & collaborative culture
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of office events and activities
- Responsible for working with People Leader to ensure office financial objectives are met by preparing the annual Employee Benefits budget for the office and planning the expenditures
- Manage market communication channels (MS Teams, Yammer, newsletter)
- Keep a pulse on local market and communicate concerns/ideas/trends to local leaders
- Lead Onboarding and Offboarding
- Prepare for and facilitate orientation and onboarding for new hires
- Assist in retrieving Firm assets from departing associates (laptops, access cards, etc.)
- Support Shared Services
- Work with Firm Campus Team on college recruitment efforts and internship interview scheduling
- Coordinate with IT on maintaining local office IT inventory, asset configuration and assignment, and other special requests
- Remain knowledgeable of Shared Services initiatives to provide baseline support to associates
- Partners with People & Culture Business Partner to maintain Firm policies
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years related experience
- Must be a creative problem solver who can work independently

The hiring range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000.
