    Were seeking an experienced content manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. This role involves familiarizing oneself with all aspects of the app, brand, and industry landscape to craft targeted content that boosts organic traffic, strengthens user engagement, and drives revenue growth. Your expertise will shape targeted strategies, ensuring seamless content delivery across multiple platforms and mediums.

    This is a full-time position.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies based on different user personas and market trends that align with business objectives
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to coordinate content initiatives and ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all channels and touchpoints
    • Conduct research to identify relevant content topics and emerging trends, utilizing data-driven insights to inform content ideation and development processes
    • Define the content focus areas and themes through an analysis of audience preferences, competitive landscape, and keyword research, ensuring content resonates with the target audience and drives engagement
    • Create detailed content briefs outlining project objectives, target audience, key messaging, and style guidelines, facilitating effective collaboration with content creates and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and brand consistency requirements
    • Drive organic search engine performance and company KPIs by managing, enhancing, and tracking website and content metrics such as traffic reports, keyword rankings, click-through rates, and conversions
    • Proficiently manage end-to-end content projects, collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of website and mobile app content
    • Develop and execute strategies for premium content offerings to drive revenue growth and enhance app engagement
    • Enhance online visibility and broaden content reach by strategically sharing and repurposing existing content
    • Strategically source and secure high-quality editorial backlinks to strengthen website authority

    Requirements and skills

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in running successful content strategies
    • BA or BS required
    • Proficiency in SEO strategies and techniques to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret website traffic data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize content performance
    • A highly creative person to develop unique and impactful content ideas that resonate with our target audience
    • Experience with social media marketing and content distribution strategies to amplify reach
    • Well-organized with attention to details
    • Team player with an all-hands-on-deck attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset
    • Proficient writing and editing skills and proven ability to optimize content with business objectives in mind
