How You'll CREATE:


COMMUNITY- Audit communities at the beginning of projects to gain a deep understanding of how a fandom operates, which digital platforms are native, and what they want from their artists- Assist in planning, attendee sourcing, and on-site fan relations & content for immersive, super-fan events Manage or oversee the management of all online fan clubs on socials & communities (i.e., Discord servers, Subreddits, Facebook groups, etc.) and build new communities in the metaverse (Roblox, Fortnite, etc.)- Real-time reporting on fan sentiment, trending topics, feedback, conversations and more.- D2C: Fan-generated merch ideas, merch drop sentiment Technical: Report glitches and outages fans provide (i.e., song is not playing on Spotify in Brazil) Trends/Memes: Relay fan cultural moments and lore Tour Brand Partnerships Activate fan base participation around releases, galvanize streaming and engagement to ensure top charting potential- Develop online and IRL fan-engagement strategies, events & initiatives around single and album releases + evergreen strategies between music milestones- Support Catalog efforts with fan-engagement initiatives (listening parties, fan art contests, etc.)

- Superfan relationship management (gifting, event content, customer service when applicable)- Consult for other departments and partners on where and how to best reach fans IRL and online

SOCIAL CONTENT- Collaborate with digital team and artist to identify a content strategy that is creative, consistent and relevant to the artist's brand and growth strategy- Create and edit content with artists as needed (short form content, graphics, photos, etc.)- Collaborate with digital team, creative team, and artists on content approvals Collaborate with the digital core team to build and maintain a consistent multi-platform content calendar- Collaborate with the digital coordinator to handle artist posting/syndication when necessary- Keep the full artist team (internal and external) up to date weekly on the upcoming social calendar- Analyze social media performance consistently and provide reporting to the broader team regularly- Work closely with the Strategist and Creator roles to align on timeline, communications, and scheduling & content needs to engage fans
