    Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Data Entry Operator II to join our team in supporting a large US Government program in the Crane, IN.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • This operator works closely with design originators, preparing drawings or computer models of unusual, complex, or original designs that require a high degree of precision, performs unusually difficult assignments requiring considerable initiative, resourcefulness, and drafting expertise.
    • This incumbent assures that anticipated problems in manufacture, assembly, installation, and operation are resolved by the drawing produced, exercises independent judgment in selecting and interpreting data based on knowledge of the design intent.
    • Although working primarily as a drafter, this worker may occasionally interpret general designs prepared by others to complete minor details, may provide advice and guidance to lower-level drafters or serve as coordinator and planner for large and complex drafting projects.
    • Verify and log the receipt of data and obtain any data that is missing.
    • Uses data entry equipment to record assigned data.
    • Resolve minor processing problems; seek assistance from supervisor or other appropriate staff. for issues beyond immediate expertise.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
    • Assist with filing, closing, and with overall daily maintenance of records.
    • Assist with compiling electronic and physical files upon request.
    Basic Qualifications:
    • Two (2) years or more of data entry experience
    • High School/vocational school degree of GED certificate
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience supporting WXS (Airborne Electronic Attack Systems Division)
    Clearance Requirements:
    • US Citizen
    • Active Secret Clearance
    Physical Requirements:
    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
    • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
    • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
