Director (m/f/d) for the Municipal Daycare Center Schölerberg


The city of Osnabrück operates a total of eleven daycare centers in its own responsibility, employing over 280 staff members from various pedagogical disciplines, as well as with a background in housekeeping and administration.

The Schölerberg daycare center currently cares for around 85 children in a regular group, three inclusive groups, and one toddler group.

The position at a glance


Scope of the position:

This is a part-time position with a weekly working time of 35 hours as the exempt director of the Schölerberg daycare center.


Duration:
This is a permanent position.

Salary:
EG S15 TVöD

Your responsibilities

  • Independent, professional, organizational, and economic management of a fivegroup daycare center for children aged 0 years to school entry
  • Personnel management of a team of approximately 30 people with different professions
  • Ensuring the care, education, and development mission through the pedagogical staff in conjunction with the sponsor, parents, parent council, and other partners
  • Development and continuous, needsbased further development of the pedagogical concept based on the Lower Saxony Education and Orientation Plan
  • Facilitating team, concept, and quality development
