    JOB SUMMARY:

    As the Executive Assistant at Cadence Education, you will work under the guidance of the Executive Leadership team, providing diverse, complex, and confidential office administrative support services. This role necessitates ensuring the smooth flow of information to and from the executive team, managing highly confidential matters efficiently in a fast-paced professional setting. The Executive Assistant juggles multiple tasks and projects with different deadlines while prioritizing communications and opportunities from both external and internal sources. Responsibilities also include coordination of presentations, travel arrangements, meetings, and correspondence.

    This position thrives on meticulous, creative, and focused handling of defined tasks. It calls for an organized and patient approach to dealing with technical information and processes, emphasizing high-quality, error-free work. The role is task-oriented, allowing for ample time for independent, detail-oriented work. The successful candidate will exhibit resilience to critiques, pivot from errors effortlessly, and demonstrate precision in task execution.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    1. Independently provides comprehensive executive administrative support while upholding professionalism and confidentiality.
    2. Manages the Executive team's schedule, prepares meeting arrangements, and ensures essential materials are available.
    3. Researches and compiles data for special projects and reports, overseeing company-wide assignments.
    4. Prioritizes and completes tasks in a timely manner, taking responsibility for projects from inception to conclusion.

    MARGINAL/ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:

    1. Assists with other departmental tasks as required.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    · Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making and handle sensitive information with professionalism and tact.

    · Possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills, collaborating effectively with all levels of the organization.

    · Exhibit acute attention to detail managing multiple assignments simultaneously under strict deadlines.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential.

    · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, maintaining a professional image.

    · Ability to communicate effectively in English.

    Education:

    · Associate degree in Business Administration or relevant field, or equivalent experience.

    Experience:

    · Minimum of five (5) years' executive-level administrative assistant experience.
