If you're a team player who's dedicated to delivering top-quality results every day, then we want you to come cook with usTraeger is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to join our sales team based in Portland, OR.
In this entry level role, you will be the face of the Traeger with the national chain retail accounts within your region.
You will establish relationships at these accounts and provide meaningful support.As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will wear many hats including conducting retailer-training, demos, merchandising projects, and most importantly bringing account staff and consumers alike into the Traeger Nation.
This will require some travel and overnight trips. Regular weekend, and event activation will be critical, especially during key times of the year.How You'll Help Us Win:
In this autonomous and varied role, your time will be spent on the following activities:Merchandising/Fixtures &

35%Training Retailers: 35%Demonstrations & events: 25%Administration: 5%What You'll Need to Succeed:Recent graduate or less than 2 years experience in retail salesStrong communication skills both verbal and writtenSalesforce experience is preferred, or similar CRM experienceMS Office proficiencyDetailed oriented with a high level of organizationAbility to work weekends and travel as required
