- Coordinate and execute all aspects of sales and marketing through advertising, public relations, direct mail, special events, market research, and referral development.
- Utilize Sherpa to maintain an accurate and up-to-date prospect database. Perform follow-up through phone calls, personal visits, notes, etc.
- Create and implement a strategic marketing plan for the community.
- Two years of previous experience in a similar sales role is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Compensation includes a base wage plus commission
