    Description

    Essential Responsibilities:

    This individual will conduct in vitro biochemical and cell-based assays with cancer cell lines and primary cells to evaluate and validate novel compounds.

    This individual will accurately document findings, analyze data and communicate key scientific data to manager.

    This individual will maintain our internal cell line inventory and collaborate with other members of the cell biology team to keep common laboratory reagents available.



    Required Qualifications:
    Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Art/Biology/Pre-med1 year or more of research experienceExperience using

    Microsoft Office:
    Word, Excel, and PowerPointDemonstrated ability to multi-task, troubleshoot, think critically, and interpret dataSelf-motivated and work successfully in cross-functional teamsExcellent oral and written communication skills


    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in immunology and cancer biology researchExpertise in cell culture of mammalian cell lines and primary cells (including human blood cells),Expertise in cell-based assays such as flow cytometry, cellular cytotoxicity and proliferationExpertise in using standard statistical software programs (Prism) to accurately report conclusions.
