RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct cellbased assays in medium to highthroughput formats
  • Perform routine mammalian cell culture and cryobanking
  • Prepare buffers, reagents, and maintain lab equipment
  • Record, analyze, and communicate experimental data in a clear and concise fashion
  • Work with the manager and biology team to improve operational efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • M.S. degree or B.S. with 3+ years of drug development experience
  • Proficient in aseptic cell culture techniques & demonstrates strong technical skills
  • Handon experience with 96well or 384well plate format and techniques such as ELISA, western blot, and reporter assays
  • Familiarity with flow cytometry is advantageous
  • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work onsite and attend inperson meetings five days per week
  • Passion for making a difference in the world and scientific discovery
