    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    The mission of the Operational Excellence team is to drive process efficiency, financial strength, operational performance, and the success of strategic imperatives. This Execution Senior Manager supports the Operations Excellence team to drive various initiatives across the entire value stream of the organization. The Execution Senior Manager will support clients across all areas of operations and performance, working with business partners to understand needs and challenges and develop and implement solutions to help them achieve their goals. The Execution Senior Manager will provide support and guidance

    across the enterprise, to include operations, clinical, finance, business intelligence, finance, IT and migration managers and their staff.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Required Work Experience

    · 7 years of experience leading/managing technical and business projects

    · 7 years of experience in business analysis, systems applications and/or operations

    · 6 years of experience in project management

    · 5 years of experience in healthcare or similar field developing business plans and customer specifications

    · 3 years of Agile experience

    · 3 years of experience at a Healthcare payor in 2 or more business domains (Claims, Enrollment, Billing, Finance, Configuration, EDI, and/or Fulfillment)

    · 2 years of management experience

    2. Required Education

    · High-School Diploma or GED in general field of study

    3. Required Licenses

    1. Preferred Work Experience

    · 10 years of experience leading/managing technical and business projects

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Work with operational managers and technical leads to deliver mission capability, identify and resolve issues, and continually improve performance.

    · Define objectives, identify & prioritize opportunities, develop approach/schedule and process to track/monitor progress.

    · Responsible for being a "change agent," constantly challenging conventional thinking, approach, and current business methods.

    · Knowledge & Understanding of Healthcare payor industry business models and core processes.

    · Ability to solve complex system and operational problems with results-driven solutions.

    · Identify problems and research alternatives through testing and consulting with peers.

    · Design and implement an integration solution across wide range of business domains along with consultative experience to develop long term implementation roadmaps.

    · Deliver more complex re-engineering & simplification / standardization / optimization of identified global cross- functional processes as directed.

    · Conduct and participate in design walkthroughs with architects, designers, developers, and possibly providers.

    · Ensure the quality of one's own and/or a project team's deliverables through adherence to project standards and methodologies.

    · An analytical brain, creating innovative ideas, demonstrating knowledge, and thought leadership and displaying technical consulting mastery.

    · Manage integrated project plan across programs to ensure consistency and oversee delivery of activities.

    · Partner with Continuous Improvement teams to establish standards for future state workflows.

    · Create key performance indicators and management reports that transparently show and monitor improvement and performance.

    · Identify issues by thoroughly examining and exploring demands to reduce operational and service costs.

    · Ability to quickly identify operational inefficiencies and deliver against plans to improve operations.

    · Leverage feedback from field and customer, build quantified, substantiated cases to drive upstream process improvements.

    · Be an active and supportive team member in an environment of inclusion, open discussion, and results-driven collaboration.

    · Maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers, assisting with the development of external communications related to all assigned projects.

    · Establish and meet short- and long-term department goals in accordance with overall company objectives and divisional strategic planning.

    · The position requires a full-time work schedule. Full-time is defined as working at least 40 hours per week, plus any additional hours as requested or as needed to meet business requirements.

    · Perform all other duties as assigned.
