    Ambercycle is a materials company founded in 2015 to create a circular supply chain for the apparel industry, making decarbonized raw materials across industry verticals.

    The Job
    The materials development engineer will expand new market categories for products made from our decarbonized raw materials.

    Our raw materials platform allows us to fundamentally change the sourcing structure for products that make up our everyday lives, and the commercial team works with the world's leading consumer brands to bring these products to market.

    Are you passionate about commercializing next generation decarbonized technical products? we are seeking a technical minded individual to dream up new applications that excite end consumers looking for sustainable products.

    What You'll Do

    Leading the development and execution of global sales strategies for technical applications of Ambercycle materials.
    Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and value chain stakeholders.
    Analyze market trends to establish product market fit of new product rollouts.
    Lead technical product development of key materials for everyday life across a wide variety of consumer goods applications.

    Communicate effectively with the broader commercial team and leadership to facilitate a growth strategy in line with company's revenue targets.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelors of Science in a technical field (chemistry, engineering, or other relevant field) required.
    3+ years of experience in technical product sales.
    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience marketing products towards large consumer goods companies.
    Experience in the polymer industry with a preference for downstream production integration.
    Past background in new product development and leading projects with global OEM vendors.
    Experience traveling to customer and vendor sites to manage scale-up trials and plant integration.
    Ability to manage multiple development projects and a diverse product and customer base.
