    About the position:


    This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior software engineer to make a significant impact in the commercial real estate industry.

    You will work on cutting-edge technology solutions that will transform the way our clients do business and grow and mentor a team of software developers.

    Requirements BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
    5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
    5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
    GIS experience, GIS Database, type PostGIS
    Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
    Experience with Big Data technologies such as AWS, Hadoop, Spark, Pig, Hive, Pig, Hive, Presto, HBase, etc.

    Preferred Qualifications

    5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
    Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
    Experience with ML libraries/frameworks such as Tensorflow, AWS Sagemaker, Keras, PyTorch, etc.
