Phoenix Senior Living is seeking a VP of Sales & Marketing to join their teamThe VP of Sales & Marketing reports to the Senior VP of Operations
PURPOSE
The Vice President of Sales and Marketing will work closely with the Senior Vice President of Operations and the rest of the Home Office leadership team to ensure the highest level of Sales and Marking support is provided for our communities, financial wellbeing of each community and revenue targets are achieved, and business goals are met.
Review and approve all digital advertising campaigns & billing
Review and approve all social medial posts & blogs from Marketing Partners
Review Website content and request updates from marketing team
Assist with marketing collateral design, updates and ordering
Review partnership results and new initiatives with all third party providers
Competitive analysis for new market studies
Review each community's competitive analysis to evaluate and determine competitiveness within the market and work with Operations to set appropriate pricing
Schedule training for new Community Engagement Directors and ensure training is complete
Development and execution of ongoing sales training
Establish a call cadence with direct reports and communities
Provide strategic planning with new community openings and current operating communities
Manage organizational partnerships with referral agencies, monitor incoming content, review lead quality, and grow relationships
Manage and update CRM platform
Review each community's quarterly Marketing Plan
Review and Approve expense reimbursement for all direct reports.
Understands and manages the department budget to include labor and all other expenses related to the sales and marketing department.
Provides detailed and accurate sales and marketing productivity reports, critical success factors (comparing industry trends), including analysis, to the Senior VP of OperationsManages sales and marketing data, audits, training, analysis, and implementation
Presents the company in a positive and professional manner
Presents self in a positive and professional manner
Facilitates website administration providing website activity report to home office team and collaborating with vendors to ensure up-to-date information is on the site
Other duties as assigned

College degree preferred
5-7 years experience in multi-site Sales and Marketing required, preferably in seniors housing
Previous experience as VP of Sales and Marketing preferred
Skills And Abilities
Computer proficiency with working knowledge of Windows, Power Point, Excel software
Ability to be flexible and work in an environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to relate in a positive and professional way
Ability to maintain an elevated level of confidentiality
Demonstrated ability to set priorities, complete assignments in a timely manner while managing multiple duties and responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to be innovative and creative and have patience, high energy and resourcefulness in problem solving
