Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet Customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Direct Customers to the appropriate personnel
- Assist Sales Managers with Vehicle Prep for Appointments
- Assist with Sales Deliveries (Vehicle Prep, Technology, etc.)
- Offer complementary coffee & water to all Sales Customers
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Provide exceptional customer service
Job Requirements:
- Superior Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Phone and Follow Through Skills
- An Understanding of Manufacturer's Specifications
- Ability to Maintain a Positive, Can-Do Attitude
- Professional Appearance and Communications Skills
