AGI is seeking a Sales Rep to join our team. We are partnered up with a veteran-owned solar company to create a great impact in the Illinois community.

As a Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within our organization. At AGI, we believe in providing a first-class experience to our customers. You will be responsible for building relationships, understanding customer needs, and negotiating sales to an effective close.

Compensation:

$87,000 - $124,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

Conduct sales presentations to potential customers and educate them about the company's products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.
Continuously expand product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall sales performance.

Qualifications:

No experience is needed; 12 years of experience in sales or a related field is a plus
Disciplined and committed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build rapport and establish longlasting relationships with clients.
