$87,000 - $124,000


Responsibilities:


  • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
  • Work closely with the sales lead to stay uptodate on service and product knowledge
  • Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
  • Educate customers on the benefits of our service
  • Provide with face to face presentations

Qualifications:


  • Previous work in a customerfacing position
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
