As a Land Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of land and infrastructure for our new home communities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development, including experience with site planning, permitting, and managing contractors and vendors.
You should be a proactive and detail-oriented individual, with excellent project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in land development, including site planning, permitting, and contractor management
