    As a Land Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of land and infrastructure for our new home communities.


    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development, including experience with site planning, permitting, and managing contractors and vendors.

    You should be a proactive and detail-oriented individual, with excellent project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    In addition, you should have a strong understanding of local regulations and requirements related to land development.

    Requirements

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development, including site planning, permitting, and contractor management

    Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong knowledge of local regulations and requirements related to land development

    Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work

    Ability to work effectively in a team environment
