My Responsibilities:


  • Production of initial samples and bent parts for special machine construction and programming of NC bending presses, as well as proficiency in control (Cybelek) / machine (Safan, Bystronic)
  • Ensuring correct selection of tools for each bending machine
  • Adjusting / adapting programs for differences in sheet metal
  • Setting up machines; presetting tools; monitoring production and machine processes
  • Conducting quality controls and, if necessary, correcting tool and machine data

My Profile:


  • Completed technical vocational training as a construction mechanic, industrial mechanic, machinist or similar, with several years of practical experience in sheet metal processing, e.g. folding, other bending work
  • Ideally, several years of practical experience in production processes with NC bending presses
  • Very good technical understanding, especially in reading and implementing technical drawings
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Team player (m/f/d) with high reliability
