Your tasks:


  • Administration and maintenance of the SAP invoice workflow (Xflow)
  • Scanning of incoming invoices
  • Allocation, booking and control of incoming invoices
  • Preparatory activities for the creditor payment run
  • Processing of debtor payments and bank statements
  • Regular debtor reminder runs per customer group
  • Commissioning and control of meter locks with the network operator
  • Monitoring of open items in cooperation with sales
  • Participation in quarterly and annual closing activities
