Team Assistant (m/f/d) wanted in BerlinTasks:
What to expect:
- You will support the team with organizational and administrative tasks
- Your responsibilities will include actively onboarding new colleagues at the location (e.g. reception and welcome, IT support and orientation, creation of employee documents)
- Professional planning and coordination of meetings and events (digital and onsite) as well as reliable reimbursement of travel expenses are part of your central tasks
- Creation, adaptation, updating and filing of guides, lists and documents
- Negotiation of correspondence in English and German
Requirements:
What is expected:
- Completed training as a foreign language secretary (m/f/x), office communication clerk (m/f/x) or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience (preferably in consulting, law firm, etc.)
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Confidence, organization, discretion and loyalty
- Diligent, structured, detailoriented work
