    Head of Integrated Marketing Communications

    The Role:

    We're looking for a motivated Director/Sr Manager, Integrated Marketing Communications to support building out this business unit at Live Tinted. In this role you will report to the Vice President of Marketing and support with the creation, development and execution of the influencer marketing, PR, and Partnerships strategy, with a strong focus on driving brand awareness and visibility in the short term and building out a performance channel as a long-term opportunity. The ideal candidate is at the forefront of influencer marketing trends, including affiliates, and has a creative and innovative approach at developing relationships and building brand love. Additionally, the candidate should be well-versed in existing and emerging social media platforms, knowledgeable on up-and-coming influencers and media outlets, and can act as a resource to the team with fresh and original ideas that can position the brand as a competitive leader within the category. The position requires strong analytical skills to track, report on, and optimize performance of initiatives. Also required is administrative and communications skills, an aptitude for multi-tasking, and a team-player with a positive attitude who can effectively work across internal functions.

    Key Areas of Responsibility:

    Influencer & Partnership Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and manage the execution of strategic influencer and PR strategies grounded in audience, market, and business insights to maximize advocacy, visibility on social platforms, and press coverage
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer initiatives with company-wide objectives
    • Develop and manage the execution of influencer marketing campaigns including gifting, experiences, affiliates, and paid influencer content ensuring all deadlines are met
    • Analyze and diligently track influencer KPIs, presenting monthly and sometimes weekly reports to management
    • Research and identify key influencers for launch campaigns and ongoing engagements
    • Strategize and execute influencer events and content with marketing and social media calendars
    • Manage direct influencer communications across various platforms
    • Nurture influencer relationships and ensure professional interactions with agents and managers
    • Oversee influencer budget management
    • Support the development of department operations manuals and templates

    Public Relations Management:

    • Liaise with PR partners to facilitate the transfer of product imagery, information, and launch assets
    • Maintain accurate influencer and PR lists, securing approvals for edits or additions
    • Manage inventory and distribution of PR units, coordinating with operations
    • Lead product seeding efforts to increase social posts and owned content
    • Handle all press pack-outs and ensure product availability for press in key areas
    • Analyze press coverage and competitor activity to optimize brand strategy

    Desired Criteria:

    • Must have 10+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing and/or PR
    • Mush have strong existing influencer and editor relationships
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Passionate about diversity, inclusion, and engaging with a diverse range of influencers
    • Deep understanding of beauty trends and influencer landscape including competitor activity
    • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills with ability to prioritize and adapt to changes
    • Track record of driving EMV, UMV and brand awareness via partnerships
    • Experience in planning and executing impactful influencer & PR events, trips and experiences
    • Self-motivated with an all hands on deck attitude
    • Ability to communicate across the organization at all levels to provide feedback and insights
    • Must be willing to travel for brand events, and, influencer and press meetings

    This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days in office at our headquarters in LA. There is an opportunity for full remote work if the applicant is located in New York City.
