    **CDD - 6 MOIS**
    Nous proposons un poste en CDD d'adjoint au Charg de conformit au sein du
    service d'Audit/Risk et Compliance.
    PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES

    :
    Il est charg de l'application des rgles de conformit, de la rdaction de documents dthique et
    compliance, de la formation et de la communication des rgles de compliance.
    **Cartographie des risques :** participe

    l'actualisation de la cartographie des risques de corruption
    et au suivi
    **Formation :** participe

    l'laboration des formations sur la lutte contre la corruption, au trafic d'influence
    et

    la lutte contre les pratiques anticoncurrentielles, anime les formations
    **Evaluation des tiers :** sassure de la bonne application de la procdure valuation des tiers et du suivi
    des Due Diligence
    **Gestion des alertes :** participe aux investigations, effectue un reporting mensuel
    **Communication :** prpare et anime, les campagnes de communications du dpartement compliance /
    administre le site intranet du dpartement compliance
    **Procdure et code de conduite :** participe

    la dfinition des procdures et

    leur diffusion
    **Profil recherch :**
    PROFIL

    :
    * Diplm(e) en formation suprieure (Master 2, DU, Compliance Officer, audit/gestion)
    * Entre 0 et 2 ans dexprience. Avec au minimum un ou plusieurs stages/alternances significatifs.
    * Autonome, force de proposition
    * Rigoureux(-se) et appliqu(e), avec dexcellentes capacits rdactionnelles et analytiques
    * Capable dabsorber rapidement une grande quantit dinformations
    * Ouvert desprit et bon team player,
    * Habile sur les diffrents outils des suites Google
    * Comptences techniques en matire de compliance (Sapin II, FCPA, UKBA 2010)
    * Anglais courant impratif, une seconde langue trangre est un plus
