    Job DescriptionJob Summary The Admin Assistant is responsible for performing secretarial and administrative duties for the Team. The Admin Assistant executes complex and confidential secretarial and administrative assignments. This person applies advanced computer and process skills with a detailed understanding of the organization's operation. This role assists the Business Line with day-to-day activities.


    Roles and Responsibilities:
    ordering breakroom supplies/office supplies/PPE, general building work order requests.) Receiving guests into the building and coordinating guest badges from The Forum Keeping the shared printers up and running Perform basic spreadsheet work Upload documents Create standard templates and forms, as necessary Strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively. Communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and be highly self-motivated, as well as collaborating in a team environment. Able to work independently and be a team player.
