    Description

    This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco and requires, 3/4 days onsite.

    Hourly Rate: C2C $80

    The job requires excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills

    This is a 6-12 month contract. This is a technical PM role. You need to have practical Agile experience, preferably with automating the build process knowledge plus excellent team building skills.

    Project Manager role has day-to-day responsibility for managing multiple Omni channel projects of moderate complexity in assisting with the expansion of the client's brand. Our ideal candidate is energetic, highly motivated, and a demonstrated leader whose management style is founded in collaboration and driving consensus. The job requires excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a motivational capability and in-depth knowledge of standard Omni-Channel offerings.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Project Management


    • Lead program-level projects of diverse scope and medium complexity.


    • Build effective partnerships with and between, the developers, architects, QA Team, and product managers.


    • Work on projects that may include off-shore resources


    • Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint/release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings with internal and external partners.


    • Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress with, and to all affected teams and management


    • Apply Agile project management techniques, methods, and tools to ensure project success


    • Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogs


    • Update company project portfolio team for status, resource allocation and capacity planning, and budget preparation


    • Report project status to leadership on a weekly and as-needed basis


    • Escalate project related issues to appropriate levels of management in accordance with PMO guidelines and requirements.


    • Proactively and aggressively manage project risk and issues; defining mitigation efforts. Make recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization and resource allocation with input from team members.


    • Leverage innovative critical thinking approaches to solve problems


    • Demonstrate overall Project Management professionalism

    MUST have Integration with Third Party and Secure Transaction knowledge/experience.
