    We're expanding We are seeking an experienced Office Manager for our busy automotive dealership. Automotive industry experience is a MUST.

    This position is a direct report to the Controller, to ensure that all functions within the accounting office are handled accurately and efficiently.

    To be successful in this position, you must be well-versed in all facets of automotive accounting, training and managing others, cost control, time management, organizational skills, etc. You must possess proven leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on communication and teamwork.

    Job Requirements:

    • Five years experience in an automotive accounting office is required, with two years as an office manager preferred.
    • Solid working knowledge of accounting office functions, accounts receivable, accounts payable, title work, cleaning and billing deals, etc.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Adhere to established policies and procedures with a strong willingness to hold others accountable, as well.
    • Proficient in typing and 10-key.
    • Knowledgeable in Excel, Word, Outlook, TriVin.
    • DealerTrack DMS experience is preferred.
    • Dynamic and tech-savvy.
    • MUST have a positive, can-do, helpful and encouraging attitude with the will to work as a team player
