Holganix Midwest is seeking a dynamic and results-driven remote Sales Representative lead sales in Nebraska. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, nurturing relationships, and promoting our innovative soil health solutions. This position requires someone well-connected in the agricultural industry and highly regarded as an expert in their field.

Responsibilities:

Utilize your expertise in ag retail sales to identify and convert prospects into loyal customers.
Leverage your existing network of contacts to expand our customer base and drive sales growth.
Collaborate with the team to set and achieve sales targets while providing outstanding customer support.
Demonstrate a genuine passion for building soil health and promoting sustainable agricultural practices.
Work independently and remotely from home, staying motivated and proactive in driving sales efforts.
Travel to visit customers in the field throughout the growing season to offer personalized support and insights.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in ag retail sales with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
A well-established network of contacts within the agricultural industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently, managing time efficiently.
Extensive knowledge of agricultural products, practices, and trends.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region as needed.
