    Role Summary

    The Investor Relations [Manager] role is critical for the Nada team, as you will be an expert in and advocate of our unique real estate investment products. In this role, you will engage directly with our online real estate investors we source through digital marketing and in-person engagement through targeted events with new and existing investors. You will build relationships with our investor base to educate them on the values of our investment products and how our products can help them achieve their financial goals. You will communicate with and present directly to high-networth individuals, RIAs, family offices, endowment managers, financial advisors, and equity research analysts. Event-based travel is required 2-4 times per year. You will report directly to the Head of Sales.

The HEI asset type delivers impressive net IRRs of 15-18%+, offering a lucrative opportunity without the hassle of managing tenants or properties. Our Cityfunds are designed as index-like funds for a single city's home equity market, each Cityfunds holds a diversified pool of HEIs within a specific MSA.

    About You

    You are a high-performing, relationship-building, highly communicative person with a current Series 7 license and an interest in selling innovative real estate investment products to individuals.

    Within 1 month, you'll:

    ● Learn about our core asset, Home Equity Investments, which we refer to as "Homeshares,"

    ● Learn of alternative real estate investment options in the market, and be able to communicate Nada's unique value propositions clearly

    ● Require excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

    ● Require the ability to carefully manage relationships outside of the company in the equity research and investor community

    ● Begin outbound phone calls and digital communication to current users of our platform that have yet to invest

    Within 3 months, you'll:

    ● Develop investor confidence and belief in the Nada strategy for delivering shareholder value to the Cityfund investors

    ● Develop a strong investor relations strategy and framework, including webinars and outreach plans to attract new investors

    ● Leverage personal relationships and experience to source new investors (the Company anticipates providing 90%+ of qualified leads to meet sales goals)

    ● Target closings of $100k+ in monthly sales, with a clear path to $200k+ in monthly sales

    ● Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team

    ● Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business

    ● Partner with Legal, Compliance, Product, Fund Operations, and Finance teams to ensure successful, complete internal cross-collaboration

    Your Skillset

    ● 5+ years in dealing with investors with a track record of creating positive relationships with the investor community, including high-networth individuals, RIAs, family offices, endowment managers, financial advisors, and equity research analysts.

    ● Current Series 7 license holder

    ● Demonstrated strength and success in structuring, negotiations, and documentation drafting

    ● Ability to navigate a dynamic and fast-paced environment in an organized manner

    ● Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field

    ● Driven to help scale small businesses

    Compensation

    ● $80,000 base salary per year

    ● up to 4.25% commission pool on securities sales through our broker-dealer partner, Finalis Securities LLC, Member FINRA / SIPC
