    Description

    Title: Eminence and Media Relations Manager


    Location: TX and MA but remote


    Duration: 6 Months



    Responsibilities:

    • This role focuses on managing media relations activities and supporting the team's marquee eminence projects for a 6-month period from July 2024 to January 2025.
    • Great opportunity for a communications professional looking for a developmental chance within the Global organization.

    Media Relations:

    • Focus on highlighting Organization externally through media relations activities, including building strategic relationships with journalists and media outlets.
    • Responsible for preparing media materials and supporting communications campaigns around key events such as COP29 and the Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos.

    Eminence:

    • Support Organization's marquee global eminence pieces, such as the Gen Z and Millennial Survey.
    • Play a crucial role in the internal and external communications strategy for upcoming survey launches.

    Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and an external PR agency for media campaigns.
    2. Collaborate globally to secure media opportunities and manage the release of press materials.
    3. Build effective relationships with journalists to promote Organization's initiatives.
    4. Support thought leadership projects and effectively communicate campaign results.
    • Evaluate metrics to enhance communications strategies.
    • Utilize web and social media platforms for marketing objectives.

    Knowledge of media environment

    • Required Licenses, Certifications, and Other Requirements.
    • Strong relationship building skills and ability to advise senior leadership.
    • Flexible and adept in a fast-paced environment.

    Education & Experience:

    Bachelor's Degree; minimum 5 years of experience in communications and/or corporate affairs.
