    We are working with a WELL-ESTABLISHED and reputable accounting firm located near Los Angeles, California. With a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service, our client has built a solid reputation for providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of their diverse clientele.

    We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Tax Associate to join our client's team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the firm's tax department, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Tax Preparation: Conduct thorough and accurate preparation of individual and business tax returns.
    2. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with federal and state tax requirements.
    3. Client Interaction: Interact with clients to gather necessary information, address inquiries, and provide expert advice on tax-related matters.
    4. Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of financial statements and other relevant documents to identify tax-saving opportunities.
    5. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve tax-related issues, providing innovative solutions to optimize clients' financial positions.
    6. Documentation: Maintain organized and detailed documentation of all tax-related activities and client interactions.
    Requirements
    1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    2. CPA certification is a plus, though not required.
    3. Proven experience as a Tax Associate or similar role.
    4. In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
    5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    6. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
    7. Proficient in relevant accounting software.
