    Tax Associates

    with 2-4 years of experience for a top full-service firm with offices in

    Orange County

    . Relocation is provided as needed.


    Important considerations include:
    in taxation or Master of Business Taxation (MBT) is required.
    in corporate and partnership taxation, business transactions, and corporate law is required.

    in tax planning, federal and state tax controversy and litigation, mergers and acquisitions, business entity structuring, and general corporate practice is preferred.

    with structuring M&A transactions and drafting tax-related transactional documents is preferred.
    work location arrangements are permitted.
    office with room for growth and partnership opportunities.

    Range:
    $215k-$260k + bonuses and complete benefits package.
    Bar required.
