    Role Details:

    • Virtual support role covering Indiana, managing a caseload of up to 12

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each child's specific needs and strengths

    Required Experience:

    • Hold a Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, coupled with an active BCBA certification
    • Demonstrate expertise in behavioral assessments and intervention planning

    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities
