- Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support methodology
- Conduct behavioral assessments and provide behavior analytic interpretations
- Provide direct behavioral treatment to clients in various settings
- Monitor restraint use and challenging behavior
- Participate in relevant committees and provide individualized services to meet treatment needs
- Doctoral or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
- Must be able to record and enter data accurately
- Knowledge of approved crisis management procedures
- 0-2 years of experience working as a BCBA or in a related field
