Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavior analysis services to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and their families.


Duties:


  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans, making adjustments as needed
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as special education teachers, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
  • Provide training and support to caregivers, teachers, and other professionals working with clients
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:


  • Must hold a current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Proficient in data collection and analysis
  • Familiarity with special education practices and strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation procedures

Note:
All positions must be paid, including internship positions.


Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$85, $103,096.91 per year
