    Join Our Team As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)!


    Are you passionate about studying and addressing problematic behaviors in children and adults? If so, we are looking for a dedicated professional like you to join our team.


    About the Role:

    • Observe and assess patients' behavior
    • Collaborate with families, teachers, and doctors to develop treatment plans
    • Implement individualized behavior correction plans
    • Conduct behavioral observations in simulated conditions
    • Create tailored treatment plans sensitive to clients' needs
    • Stay updated on evidence-based practices
    • Promote inclusion of individuals with disorders and disabilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Observe and assess patients' behavior
    • Collaborate with families, teachers, and doctors to discuss treatments
    • Develop individual behavior correction plans
    • Conduct simulated behavioral observations
    • Create personalized treatment plans
    • Stay informed on best practices
    • Advocate for inclusion

    Requirements:

    • Required Skills/Abilities:
      • Assent-based applied behavior analysis
      • Proactive intervention strategies
      • Understanding of Assent Withdrawal
      • Knowledge of Reinforcement Principles
      • Understanding of developmental processes
      • Interpersonal skills for crisis management
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Products and other technology
    • Education and Experience:
      • Experience with developmental disabilities and unique learning needs
      • Board Certification
    • Physical Requirements:
      • Prolonged sitting or computer work
      • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
      • Repetitive physical activities like data entry
    • Job Types:

    • $70,000 - $80,000 per year
