    Job Title: Clinical Systems Analyst (Neurology / EEG Applications)
    Work Location: Hybrid Onsite - New York City (Manhattan)
    Position Type: Contract / Possibly CTH Duration: 6+ months
    Hourly Compensation Range: $55-$60 / hour + benefits

    ABOUT OUR CLIENT / ABOUT THE ROLE Medix is currently seeking a Clinical Systems Analyst for a contract / potentially contract to hire opportunity with one of our best Healthcare Clients in the NYC metro area. With more than 45,000 employees, our client is one of the largest health systems in the Northeastern US.

    This individual will be joining a team, and will be focused on supporting Neurology/ EEG Applications and associated endpoints and infrastructure. There is a large EEG Application upgrade project planned that will involve refreshing the IT Infrastructure for 100+ endpoint workstations.

    DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Working in a team environment, with a specialty focus on supporting Neurology /EEG Application upgrade and infrastructure
    • Providing support during the application upgrade and implementation / go-live lifecycle.
    • Interacting with / coordinating with clinical staff, IT Engineers, and vendors
    • Provide Day to day assistance with clinical application issues - specifically for neurology applications. Natus is one, but any similar system would work (Cadwell Arc EEG, Persyst, etc)
    • Providing both application troubleshooting as well as hardware support
    • Aiding in formulating and documenting system specifications,
    • Communicate with customers to understand their specific needs and challenges in utilizing EEG / Neurology applications
    • Offer guidance and training to users on software functionalities, ensuring optimal utilization
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and FAQs, to assist users in resolving common issues
    • Participate in testing activities to ensure the quality and reliability of Applications
    • Provide exceptional customer support to all ProVation customers
    • Maintain professional friendly approach with customers
    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Required 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Clinical Systems Administration role
    • Required foundation in IT Infrastructure - Network, Server, PC Workstations, Operating Systems, Hardware
    • Required foundation in Clinical Applications - HL7 Interfaces and Workflows
    • Required hands-on experience working with Neurology/EEG Applications like Cadwell, Emotiv, Natus, etc
    IMPORTANT INFORMATION
    • Work location is a hybrid onsite situation in Manhattan. Candidates must be local to the NYC Metro Area and willing to work onsite on a regular basis (2-3 days, fluctuates).
    • The role starts as a 6-month contract, and carries a potential for longer term contract extension as well as full-time conversion.
    • Candidates must be eligible to work directly for Medix without visa sponsorship. No C2C or Third-Party Inquiries.
