Position:
System Support Analyst/Progress Developer

Location:
Hyde Park, MA (Hybrid work environment available)

Reports To:
Service Delivery Manager (UK), dotted line to Distribution Center General Manager (local)

Job Purpose:

Must Have:

Experience of system testing following software changes (both bug fixes and developments)
Experience of training system users
Proven analytical problem solving abilities to enable the job holder to understand and replicate the root cause of some of the support calls
Selfmotivated / selfstarter who is organised and able to work on own initiative but also as part of a successful Systems Support Team. The ability to accurately prioritise work is essential
Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential as this role will involve liaising closely with system users.

Nice to Have:

SQL skills would be an advantage
Excellent Excel skills
Previous experience in working with either SyscomERP, Systex, Prima solutions, JD Edwards, SAP, AX or equivalent ERP system
EDI support experience / knowledge would be an advantage
Ecomm experience
Power BI experience is a plus
Progress Development skills (Openedge v11)
SSRS Report Development

Pay:
$75, $90,000.00 per year
